The Filter pleat Precision Control - intelligent Filter pleat paper
folding and gluing Machine is a high-precision automated equipment
specially customized for the production of core components of
filters (pleated filter paper), developed in response to the
integrated process requirements of pleat paper folding and gluing
for filters. The equipment adopts a full servo motor drive and
motion control system, and is equipped with a visual inspection and
laser positioning module, which can achieve precise folding of
pleated paper (supporting various folding methods such as Z-shaped
folding, wave folding, and multi-layer step folding) and
edge/fixed-point gluing. Through modular design, it is compatible
with filter paper specifications of different pleats (5-30mm) and
pleats (10-80mm), and supports multiple types of adhesives such as
hot melt adhesives, water-based adhesives, and UV adhesives. It is
equipped with an intelligent closed-loop control system for glue
volume, which can automatically adjust the glue output according to
the material of the filter paper (chemical fiber, wood pulp, glass
fiber, etc.) and the folding Angle. Ensure that the glue line is
uniform and continuous, without any accumulation or leakage of
glue. The operation interface integrates a 10.1-inch
high-definition touch screen, supporting the storage of multiple
process programs and one-click switching. It features
self-diagnosis of faults, real-time monitoring of rubber volume,
and production capacity statistics, significantly enhancing the
automation level and yield rate of filter element production.
