Products Description

Tongchen's high-precision servo paper folding machine is dedicated to the precise processing of air filtration materials. Equipped with advanced folding technology, it can quickly process non-woven fabrics, glass fiber filter paper and other materials into regular pleated shapes, making it suitable for the production of filter elements for primary, medium and high-efficiency air filters. The equipment pre-slitting paper feeder adopts a 380V power supply and a 0.55kW motor, combined with a 0.6MPa air pressure system, to achieve smooth material conveying and precise cutting. Its modular design supports flexible adjustment of pleat height and pleat distance parameters, and is compatible with the production of multiple specifications such as household air conditioning filters and industrial dust removal filters. It is widely used in HVAC, clean rooms, automotive air filters and other fields, helping customers efficiently complete the filter element forming process. The pleated filter materials produced have uniform air permeability and high dust holding capacity, providing reliable core components for air purification equipment.
