Products Description

The Tongchen liquid filtration material fully automatic origami production line is developed for liquid filtration scenarios such as water filter elements and hydraulic oil filter elements. It can perform high-precision folding processing on polypropylene (PP) filter materials, nylon nets, etc. The equipment integrates an automatic counting and tension control system to ensure that the material maintains a constant tension during high-speed operation, avoiding wrinkles, offset or breakage. Its folding mechanism adopts wear-resistant metal molds, which can withstand high-frequency folding operations and are suitable for the production of filter materials in fields such as edible oil filtration, industrial sewage treatment, and mechanical lubrication systems. Technical parameters show that the equipment's external dimensions are 1280×1900×1200mm and its weight is 250kg. It features a compact design and stable performance. A single unit can process tens of thousands of meters of filter materials per day, significantly reducing the production cost of liquid filters. From filter material slitting to pleating and forming, it is completed in one stop, providing efficient and precise production solutions for water treatment equipment manufacturers and hydraulic component suppliers.
