Designed specifically for filter media without separators, the
folded filter material does not require insertion of metal or paper
separators. It is supported solely by its pleats or fixed at the
edges with adhesive, saving on material costs while also reducing
the size of the filter.
Besides,By controlling the feeding and folding knife movements through
servo motors, the folding height and distance errors can be
controlled within ±0.1mm, ensuring uniform and neat pleats, which
guarantees stable airflow and filtration efficiency of the filter.
It is compatible with various filter materials such as glass fiber,
PP, PET, and composite filters, and supports flexible adjustment of
pleat height and pleat spacing (through touchscreen parameter
settings) to meet the processing needs of different specifications
of filters.
